We usually post items out within 5 working days of receiving payment but for bespoke requests this may take a little longer. If you want your item by a specific day, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

All Vinky Bracelets come with a 3 month warrenty and all faulty items can be replaced at a small charge to cover the postage costs. Please note: the warrenty will only be valid if the damaged item is returned to us in its original packaging (please email for returns address).
